I was born in Pendleton, but raised in La Grande, Oregon. My full time career in Real Estate started in 1985 where I began with my first loves, residential and land and farms. Prior to that I worked as a full time mom and previous to that attended EOU and worked at Boise Cascade. I have raised my daughters here and love Eastern Oregon. My family is my full time hobby and I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren. Real Estate is my passion and my scope of involvement now includes residential, commercial, ranches and development. My philosophy is the Golden Rule: do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Representing the Nez Perce Tribe in their new fisheries in Joseph, Oregon has been a highlight of my career. Further continuing work in land preservation is a passion of mine.
I was instrumental in the Manuel family purchasing Hot Lake. When the Manuel family moved to Union County, I closed all of their Wallowa County holdings, 13 properties in all. Those funds were then transferred to Union County. I represented Eastern Oregon Land Development in the purchase and resale of most of those properties again.
I also represented Eastern Oregon Land Development and Eagle Freightliner in the sale allowing Eagle Freightliner to relocate to a new facility on Hwy 30 and McAllister. This also allowed new commercial development, including Starbucks and Banner Bank to be in their present location.
Most recently, in June 2010, I represented the sale of La Grande Retirement Center which has given many local people a chance to work on the major rehab project. I am actively searching out new commercial ideas for Eastern Oregon during this difficult economic time.
